We just got back from a great trip on the Carnival Conquest. I have cruised before, my family (husband and three teens) had not. All in all, we would do it again, we werent crazy about the food, although they offered a good variety at formal dinners, it was mediocre. That would be the only complaint we had before leaving the ship.

The service was great EVERYWHERE, from the dining staff to the room attendants. Everyone was extremely friendly and addressed us by our first names. The pool was extremely crowded on our sea days making it difficult to find a good seat around the pool. We did finally learn on our last day to get up early and save a seat which didnt really work out either being 2 of our seats were taken when I returned. Carnival doesnt allow seat saving bur everyone does it. My advice get up at 6:00 at least.

Entertainment was great, nice variety. Seemed other teens were having a great time (mine pretty much stuck by our sides ).
