We left on Friday and stayed at Exit 273 where the Destination Daytona is. Not bad about $65.00 for the Comfort Inn but it wasn't that great either. This is about 1 hour from the port.

We got to the port right at 12 and there was a small line to drop luggage and to get in the terminal. It went really fast. We drove in at 12 and were eating lunch by 1:30. First night we drank too much that day so we missed dinner. Go figure!

Next day was Nassau, went to the straw market then walked past the McDonalds about 10 minutes to a beach that viewed the boats at dock. Nice place to rest. Got great deals on Coach bags. Definitely take the time to bargain. Small enclosed hot area so we were there maybe 30 minutes. Vendor on beach had excellent drinks with fresh fruit cheap. Had to be back on boat by 1:30. Friend with us drank too much without eating and passed out in the dining room. Anyone who helped with that situation THANK YOU. New cruisers be sure to eat!!
