Hi. A review of our first cruise with Norwegian Dawn is going to be the easiest thing I have ever done. There is so much to say----so little time.

To start with our Port of Embarkation was New York City. Unfortunately we did not have time to tour New York but we did get to power shop at Bloomingdales for 90 minutes. Fantastic store!

My husband and I were travelling with our daughter, her husband and a friend and we booked 3 adjoining balcony rooms. When we arrived at the pier I was quite concerned as the bags are left on the curb but by some miracle they all showed up in our stateroom. So much for New York being a "den of thieves". Michael had hurt his back prior to leaving so the lineup to get on the ship was quite daunting but when I asked at the "people needing special assistance" desk we were all checked through and were on the ship within 15 minutes of arriving. Fantastic service with no haggling about him being "technically" disabled.
