We just returned yesterday from our 9th cruise (5th on RCC) from Tampa To Cozumel and Grand Cayman and I have to say it was the worst cruise weve ever taken. We took 2 other couples with us (one, first time cruisers) and bragged how wonderful RCC cruises were.

First of all the service was impeccable  our waiter was one of the best weve ever had no complaints there!

Our bed was the hardest ever and after 2 nights of no sleep I asked for a different mattress, which they bought immediately. Read more
