Just returned from a four-day cruise on the Splendor of the Seas to Cozumel. My husband and I loved this ship. It did not show wear like you would think being 10 years old. It is very easy to navigate, and the covered pool in the back of the ship was very useful when the weather was bad. I liked the layout of the pools in comparison to those on past cruise ships. The spa facilities were very enjoyable, very serene and spacious. They had a deck area off of the spa that you could enjoy.

The evening entertainment was very good especially the formal night and the last night of the cruise. Evening meals in the formal dining room were very good. Omelet station in the morning was also very good.

Inside cabin bed was very comfortable, though the room in general surprises you when the door is first opened. We had plenty of room but my husband said from now on give him at least a porthole. He needs to see daylight.
