Let's say it that way...this was the worst cruise ever for me and my partner! Embarkation was wonderful...walking on the ship...picture and credit card, all together took 10 minutes.

Penthouse was dirty with no much space to walk around the bed. Glass table had prints on...everywhere dust and walls and curtains dirty like there was a frat party in there the night before. The bed lining was cheap polyester/cotton mix and the mattress was through. I was very considerate, since I know embark is very busy, but it was not cleaned the next day and I called the Concierge in. She didn't really care and room was the same condition for a other 24 hours. I sent a mail to NCL Office in Germany where I booked with. Apologies came from Germany, that night we slept on a foam pad on top of mattress, but cabin still looked the same. Even ash tray on Balcony got only emptied once! Butlers have been ok...just too much in a rush!

The rest of the ship was not the cleanest either. The chandelier on the way to the Ital. Restaurant was milky of dust! I have never seen a NCL ship in that shape. Read more
