-CocoCay was beautiful with plenty of space 
-Cabin bathroom large with a lot of storage 
-Embarkation and disembarkation were very well organized 
-Free drinks offered when Key West was cancelled at no fault of the cruise line -easy to find deck space and chairs in quiet areas 
Negatives:-Bar service in dining room poor and some unfriendly bartenders 
-Beds were uncomfortable and there was no coverlet, just sheets covering the bed at all times (a far cry from the elegant bedding on Celebrity) 
-Lines at shore excursion desk were extremely long and shore excursion desk hours extremely short -Snorkeling at CocoCay poor 
-Congestion in the Windjammer Cafe especially at coffee/juice bar -noise from Windjammer heard in cabin 
-Pool area unremarkable -ship shows a lot of wear 
Just a general complaint, not about the ship, but about the use of cell phones on deck.Positives: -Beautiful bright, simply elegant dining room -the best desserts I've had on a cruise (this is my 10th cruise) 
-Large balcony with comfortable chairs -excellent deck and dining room service -pleasant atmosphere -good cross-section of ages among passengers.
