This was my first cruise ever and we went with our best friends on the January 8th -- here are my thoughts on several aspects of the trip. It was a lot of fun & I would highly recommend the ship to anyone!

Ship Overall: Beautiful ship, plenty of gorgeous glass and very clean. We kept seeing crew members walking around touching up paint, polishing, cleaning glass, etc. Centrum was awesome, be sure to go to the 13th floor and take a peek down to the bottom, very cool picture. We loved exploring the ship as soon as we got on which was by 12:00 p.m. the day of departure! Getting on was an absolute breeze! The best parts of this ship were the small areas to just hang out we had gone to the library area on the first day and picked out some books to read for the cruise, and throughout the trip there were so many great places to just sit and chill out. We liked the Safari Club (if only bingo wasnt so pricey with not-so-great jackpots) and enjoyed a lot of the onboard activities we would like them to have a couple of belly flop contests my husband would have won hands down! They had met their quota with a bunch of skinny guys!

Dining: We ate in Windjammer and Seaview for lunch and dining room every night except for the one night we went to Chops. We loved Chops. Even my best friend who is not a red meat eater loved her meal there. We ordered three appetizers because we couldnt decide and they were all delicious great crab&shrimp cakes! The filet mignon here is not to be missed, and the four different desserts we ordered were just amazing! In the main dining room we sat at a table for 8 the first night, and then requested a table for four which was immediately changed the next day. They were very accommodating and we were thrilled with our new table which was right in the middle of the Deck 4 dining room perfect spot! The midnight buffet was terrific, great sushi (RCI please have sushi available other times!) and an absolutely amazing flourless chocolate cake.
