This was my second cruise with RC. I chose them over Carnival because my first RC cruise was better than my first Carnival cruise. Well, they proved me wrong this time around. I will NEVER sail with RC again!! It took me two years to talk my husband into cruising with me, and I talked about how much I loved it so much, that he decided to go with me. Then RC let me down, big time. It was a disaster from beginning to end.

Embarkation was horrible. They handed us an itinerary, and it showed they had lunch for us at 11:45. Well, I hope the previous cruisers enjoyed it, cause they were still on the ship!! This was my third cruise, and from what I read, everyone is on the ship by noon. Well, they were still unloading people from the previous cruise at noon, and what bothers me the most, is that they can't even make an announcement to let you know what is going on! They just leave you standing there, herded like cattle, not knowing how long it will be.

Well, after we got on board, we immediately went to the maitre d' and asked for a table for 2 (which we requested at booking---but of course they didn't have any) he didn't even bat an eye about giving us one (he even gave us a choice of first or second seating, which we were given second seating earlier because first seating was "full" when I made my reservation). So why do they tell you that you can't get what you want when you make your reservation, yet you can walk on board and ask for it and they have it??? We were very happy, though, and got a VERY nice table for two. Something is going right now.
