This cruise was an enormous disappointment. I have cruised with Royal Caribbean, Carnival, and now Norwegian.

The Norwegian Sun "freestyle" should be called "pay-style". The only food on the entire ship that was any good at all was in the extra charge restaurants. The service in the surcharge restaurants wasn't nearly as good as what I expected. That said, I'll continue.

Norwegian Sun out of Houston on November 13th, 2005. Great embarkation and even better disembarkation. Ship was spotless and I appreciated the hand sanitizer placed around the ship. My balcony cabin was clean and the steward did a good job.....but no towel animals. The entire crew didn't do anything but the bare minimum. Read more
