A magnificent ship, but a mediocre cruise. Arriving at the pier was a nightmare. It took one hour to drive from Long Island, and then a full hour to pull in curbside at the dock. That's not NCL's fault, but it is a frazzling way to start a cruise.

The ship is impeccably clean, particularly in regards to food service. Mandatory hand sanitizers at each buffet are a reassuring precaution. In general the staff was outstanding, friendly and efficient in their work. Our luggage was in our cabin before we left the pier.

There is a decent casino, that seemed to be paying out a number of jackpots. But they only give you a 2 hour window on the last day to cash in your player's club points.
