Sailed out of Bayonne on 8/21 for Bermuda. Everyone's first cruise. Luggage drop-off/parking process was chaotic even though we arrived early at about 11.30, it took us about 90 mins to get on board, spent about 1:15 with the car idling in the street. The problem was the Voyager was late getting into the port from its trip to the Caribbean. So, you had everyone trying to get off and on the boat at the same time. I won't blame Royal Caribbean for this completely, but there should be a smoother process. Not sure who's design it was with the luggage drop-off/pick-up and driving around and waiting inline again to park. I'll assign 50% to Royal Caribbean and 50% to Cape Liberty owners. Otherwise, the actual embarkation process was smooth.

We visited our cabin first (Promenade Interior) and then got lunch at around 1.30. Played a quick round of mini-golf as we investigated the top decks. Luggage got to our rooms some time before 5pm. It is an amazing ship. Food overall was good, but not excellent. Ate all of our dinners in the dining hall, and had breakfast and lunch buffets at the Windjammer. I thought I was going to have a back problem because the mattress did not look supportive, but I didn't experience any problems.

Excellent ice skating show. The Broadway style show was just OK. Farewell show as also good. I enjoyed the Cruze Comics who entertained the audience before each show. They visited the kids at Adventure Ocean on the 1st full day out at sea. Didn't make any other shows with the kids in tow and the late hours.
