We recently returned from a 7-day anniversary cruise on the Sapphire Princess. I found this and other websites very helpful in planning our cruise, so I thought I ought to let others benefit from my experience.
I do recommend the Sapphire Princess. We had a wonderful time. Absolutely ideal weather (June 4-11)certainly contributed to that, but every aspect was nearly perfect. The ship is beautiful in every way.
Our cabin couldn't have been any better. We splurged on a balcony and believe it was worth every extra penny. It made the cabin feel so much larger and we really enjoyed taking in the fabulous weather and scenery from the privacy of our own balcony. It is possible to see others and be seen, but with the privacy screens, it really felt very private.
