This was my mine and my wife's first cruise as we were celebrating 25 years of marriage. Our bus trip from Miami airport to the Carnival Glory embarkment area was very pleasurable, plus the three gentlemen that took our luggage from the bus to the ship were very friendly.

Once we boarded the ship Carnival Glory we were impressed with the tidiness of our room and of the decks of the ship. Seeing employees cleaning 24/7 has to impress anyone. Our room 1262 was in a great spot on the ship on the Riviera Deck.

Our porter (Kay) was very efficient keeping our room tidy and giving us a little chuckle everyday with his animals made out of towels. The staff at the buffet were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The matradee and staff in the platinum dining room would bend over backwards for us as if you had any issues they would confront them and fix them in an exceptional way.
