This was our first proper cruise, we had been on a Nile Cruise a few years ago, and we were not disappointed.

The ship - Well presented and maintained, the crew were always working away painting the external areas and generally keeping things up together. The interior has been refurbished and apart from the sports deck and some cabins the work is complete. Our cabin was good but the kettle and flat screen had not yet been installed. A kettle makes a big difference to us so we really missed it.

The crew - They couldn't be faulted and were endlessly helpful.

Cabin Review

Cabin 206 - Good room, no real problem with it. View out of the window was of the Prom Deck so be sure to keep the curtains closed at the appropriate moments! It is also near the outside door to the deck but we did not find this to be a problem. Our cabin steward was very good and we always found that the room had been cleaned when we returned from trips or even if we had just nipped out for an hour or so.
