Sail Date: Jan 2013
Cabin: Concierge Class 1

We left the Hotel Verdanza, San Juan at 10:30 a.m. and had no trouble boarding. We were Concierge class and we were on board in 25 minutes. Even our friends who were not concierge class got on in the same amount of time. This was terrific. Within the hour we were sitting in the buffet having lunch

We went up to the Ocean View buffet for a terrific lunch and of course the view was spectacular. The buffet wasn't fully open as it was 11:30 am but whatever was opened was enough for us to have a great lunch.

We then went to our stateroom at 1:30 and met our Stewards. Our room wasn't quite ready for us and he said that it would be done later in the day. What I don't understand is how a regular balcony stateroom can be ready before our Concierge Class room! We had to ask for the shampoo products etc. Rooms were smaller than RCL and not so comfortable.

Cabin Review

Concierge Class 1

Cabin C1

Cabin 7184 - large bathroom, but room small even though it was a Concierge. Balcony obstructed by awning. Aft cabin and very long walk to get anywhere. Across from Crew space so sometimes noisy. Can't access storage at top of closet - life jackets etc stored there. Beds a bit too low and couldn't get suitcases under them.
