Twelve days to go from Paris to Prague--the two "Cities of Light". Viking River Cruises provided an outstanding vacation at a very reasonable price. Everything was well planned and presented.

The trip started with a city tour of Paris and ended with a tour of Prague. The hotels at both ends of the trip were excellent. The various guides that were employed in the city tours and on the excursions were very knowledgeable and amiable.

Accommodations on the ship were comfortable and well appointed. When rain clouds gathered Viking even offered umbrellas. This was a simple, and yet a very considerate act. Beer and wine were complimentary at meals and were free flowing. The food was excellent and varied. Service was impecible. The days were full. While we took advantage of extra excursions, in hindsight they were perhaps a bit too much. The regular excursions were sufficient in both their diversity and intensity.
