We have been cruising since 2008,and have cruised with other cruise lines. There were a number of things on these 2 cruises (back to back )that have caused us to never ever book a Carnival cruise again.
The worst part was the food, now imagine being on a cruise for 14 days and having basically the same menus for breakfast and lunch, a few different items but not many, and dinner well that was a big disappointment, imagine hamburger, mac n cheese , a meat loaf with no taste, steaks that were always tough, more like institutional food rather than cruise ship food. The one thing that was good in the dining room was our servers, they were wonderful.
The entertainment was also lacking, no show on the first night of sailing then only one show at 10:30 most other nights, not a great show when it was presented. We have cruised with 3 other cruise lines and all of them had 2 Broadway type shows each night, one for early seating and one for late seating, far superior to Carnival,
