We took our ninth Carnival cruise on the beautiful Conquest out of the Port of New Orleans on January 13th. This was another great Carnival experience for a middle age couple with a love of cruising. Each cruise experience reinforces our belief that cruising is the best vacation value around and Carnival always delivers in all the areas that matter. Having cruised other lines, we find we always return to Carnival.

The Port of New Orleans is well organized and this special city is a great place to spend some time before and after the cruise. There is no better place in the world for good food!

We found the recently refurbished Conquest to be perfectly beautiful. The decor was tasteful and all areas of the ship were clean and inviting. The staff members were friendly and helpful but not in your face. Read more
