Our cruise began wonderfully when talking to RCCL and booking the trip. They were so helpful and professional, and set the tone for one of our best cruises, ever!

The ship, Jewel of the Seas, was phenomenal. Although we had chosen the interior stateroom, it was well-appointed and had more storage than many of our more expensive cabins in the past. The steward, Fitzmorris, was very helpful in answering any questions and making up our room as soon as possible.

We also greatly enjoyed the rest of the staff. When we boarded with another couple, we checked out our assigned dinner seating. It was not our preference, and we immediately contacted the headwaiter. He helped us by giving us a window seat in 'My Time' dining, as long as we arrived early, which we did. We were fortunate to have experienced staff, Peter and Jesus serve us expertly and quickly every night. The food was exceptional, compared to other recent cruises.
