Arrived at the pier early, boarded in about 20 minutes, everything very smooth and well organised. The ship (Radiance of the Seas) is a very well appointed with an excellent layout, everything is easy to find, the crew/staff were always helpful and very obliging and courteous, especially our cabin stewardess and anyone lucky enough to have Willy (Assistant Waiter to table 466)wait on them will come away wanting to go back. For a holiday cruise, this ship and the staff have been the best we have experienced so far and will cruise with them again. The Captain helped make this a great cruise.

The food was excellent, the rooms more than adequate and very well maintained, the shower a little small, but it is a cabin after all. The on board activities are excellent and there was always something to do for all ages, the entertainment was a step up from previous cruises, didn't like all the shows , but that would be quite normal as they try to please all tastes, the guest performers were exceptional. The food was delightful and the waistline is testament to that. We did go to 3 of the specialty restaurants and they are of the highest standard. This was a truly hassle free, trouble free experience, even the departure was simple quick and very well organised.

Complaint, yes, there has to be one, and that would be the coffee, it is awful, but if that is all there is to complain about, then they (Royal Caribbean) know what they are doing and do it well. Congratulations to Capt. Sindre and all on board and we would highly recommend this line and especially this ship to one and all.
