Our first Princess cruise, we'd do it again if the price were right. Service was impeccable, the room steward, Blesilda Castranero, was awesome and made our stay very enjoyable. The wait staff is very friendly and accommodating, one is made to feel like royalty. We especially enjoyed the International Cafe, Andrew Gonsalves the bartender (do not call him a barista) was especially adept with the caffeine, the blended drinks are outstanding not to mention the dessert offerings.

The ship is in good condition overall but I was taken by how dark many of the public areas were with the wood paneling and dark colors. Very reminiscent of New York chop restaurants and bars. The gym is state of the art and fairly roomy. The stateroom (Interior) was beginning to show wear, the mattresses in particular could use replacing. The space its self was compact but efficiently appointed as was the bathroom and closet/dressing area.

The staff from top to bottom was amazing, this is the hardest working group I've ever had the pleasure of coming across. The service was above and beyond, there is nothing they will not do, create or invent to make your stay more pleasurable. Anything negative; rough seas, mediocre meal, late arrival in port can all be forgiven when this staff is brought to mind.

Cabin Review

Cabin I

Sleeps 4; 2 twins with 2 wall mounted bunks, made it difficult when turned into a queen. One had to duck and stoop when trying to get into bed and good luck not bumping your head at least once coming up out of bed in the dark. Drawers kept opening and closing on their own in rough seas, was a little noisy.

Bathroom efficient, shower small but adequate, water doesn't drain as quickly as it should. Needed more hangers. Room in good condition overall.
