Cabin: Junior Suite

We chose this cruise solely on the basis that it departed on our 30Th Wedding anniversary. No other criteria! We spoilt ourselves with a Junior Suite. Really recommend the suite we had at the rear of the ship (8598). It had extra balcony room to most Junior Suites. We were told aft has the highest risk of sea-sickness, but the seas were calm and we had no problem. The Suite standard is excellent - good storage room, nice bathroom, good bed, great view.

The cruise experience was wonderful. Entertainment was first rate and the food was good. Didn't enjoy the mad rush for seats after dinner though - people aren't meant to reserve seats, but some had blocked out whole rows.

We bought the Royal Dining Package (only $50 each) - highly recommend for the great food and service. Edelweiss restaurant was good too.
