We are avid cruisers and normal go on RCCL or Celebrity. This was a great deal for 2 night over Thanksgiving. We arrived at the port of Miami around 10:30am Parking is very expensive like 20.00 a day. We got into line and they did not start embarkation until 1100am. The line moved fast when we got in side they had a double check in which i thought was strange. They check you in downstairs and then you go threw security and then upstairs you check in a gain. They informed us the keys were not ready and to wait to the left and they would come to us in a few minutes with the keys. 1.5 hours later we are still waiting and there are 1000 of people waiting for keys. Staff are walking around with small sets yelling out names and cabin numbers not too secure if you ask me. People that just arrived got keys and walked on the ship wile we were all waiting still that came early. I finally went to find a manager and got new keys cut on the spot for me. We get on the ship and the keys don't work. I went to the front desk and got new keys and they gave us 2 free drinks big deal lol.

The ship is very very nice and subdue colors then the older carnival ships. The cabins are very nice and large with lots of room. The ship layout is also better then other carnival ships.

The ship needed more staff and better training. There were many times when we went to a show or out on deck and we never saw staff. We went to the thrill ride which was fabulous, 1 staff to take care of it. They need 2 or 3 people were cutting and walking in to a show that was already going on.
