We have several friends that have said how much better Celebrity is than Royal Caribbean, but unfortunately this was the opposite experience for us! Barely rates 3 stars!

The waiter for dinner was limited in any conversation, had to remind him and ask for sparkling water with ice, some times I'd remind them about the ice and it still would not arrive. We asked for extra bread with soup and it never arrived, I would say much of the service didn't meet standard service we've had on other ships. On Celebrity they just drop a basket of break vs offering each person a bun which all the other ships do!

We purchased the Premium Drinks package - which was supposed to include 'Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice' when we ordered that at the special juice counter or ordered through a waiter it was a watered down version of concentrate and on one occasion there was powder on the rim!!! On a positive note the Coffee bar was very nice!

Cabin Review

Inside Stateroom 9

Our cabin was fine, although the shower was tired and sometimes it did smell a bit damp!
