We were happy to know that there was an "adult" only area to relax during this cruise. When we arrived we found out that the cruise lines define adults as 16 years old. The pool and hot tub had kids with glass containers and drunk noisy groups standing around. Security is hard to find and not around to help tame these people.

There was a crying (screaming) baby in the late (8:30) seating and the staff would do nothing. The rules state that age 7 and younger are to use the early sitting. At the customer relations desk, a woman told me that some people have different customs and the baby was allowed. There is a baby sitting service on board but these people chose to not use it. This child was clearly unhappy and it was stressful to see this sadness.

On the positive side, the stateroom attendents are wonderful and bend over backwards to help. The food was good, and the public areas clean.
