If you refer to Health Notice in Cruise Booklet which is in the cabins "The Public Health Service has determined that eating uncooked or partially cooked meats, fish, poultry or eggs may present a health risk to the consumer.
Our first experience in the main dining room was being served chicken which was totally raw inside. We soon realised that the statements in the booklet were not abided by, as none of the meats were cooked very well.
The food was always just luke warm, and that is going at the opening time of meal times. Nobody wants to know, so we gave up with complaining. We would like to add, that this was also the case in the main restaurant Rigoletto Dining Room and the Traviata Dining Room.
This experience has certainly put us off cruising.
We certainly think that the hygiene needs looking at.What we would love to know, how can the ships be properly cleaned by arriving in port in the morning, getting everyone off and the next lot of passengers arriving only hours later. We personally think this will finally put alot of people off cruising. We were very well when we joined the ship but quite ill when we got off with the virus which we picked up on the ship.
As for the entertainment, well that was terrible, quite an insult to intelligent people.
