We returned to CCL, after cruising with two other cruise lines over the past 2 years, to check out the new Breeze. We are VIP with CCL and the military rate we were able to acquire made the choice easy. We specifically wanted a cove balcony, which was the only thing we enjoyed on The Dream in 2010.

Te new decor on The Breeze is wonderful. Blues, golds, cream color is very pleasing to the eye and not having an orange couch in the room was a definite plus. I think the gentle and relaxed appearance of the whole ship gives a welcome feeling to all those aboard.

The layout of the Lido area and multiple buffet areas is helpful and there seems to be more seating area which is helpful during busy breakfast and noon time eating. We usually used the restaurant but that is not always possible. We tried the comedy brunch time but found the loud, not funny "comedy" interruptions to be irritating. The Blush dinning room, where we had assigned dinner time, was very pleasant and our waiter, Sasha, was excellent. The food was very good, outside of the steaks which were poor, and the food always arrived warm, but never really hot.

Cabin Review

Cove balcony 2376 was very nice, lots of closet and storage space, bathroom adequate, nice decor. Not sure why, at exactly 0400 hrs every morning, staff had to drop things and drag them around on deck 3 above us though!
