We are a family of 4 --youngish husband, wife, and 2 boys ages 10 and 11. This was the second cruise for me and hubby and first for our kids. Our first cruise was on Majesty back in 1999 which got us hooked on Royal Caribbean.

I can't even begin to describe what a fantastic ship the Freedom is and what a fantastic time was had by all. We took the advice of veteran cruisers and flew in the day before from Philly to Orlando. We booked the fly, snooze, and cruise package with the Hampton Inn in Cocoa Beach. Worked out perfectly and would absolutely do this again.

This ship has everything you could possibly want in a vacation. Whether you want adventure or relaxation it is up to you. Our boys played basketball, golf, ping pong, swam in the pool, soaked in the hot tubs, and had tons of fun on the flowrider primarily on sea days. Hubby and I relaxed by the pool, solarium, and of course the hot tubs -- always with a cold drink in our hand!
