The boarding process in Singapore was seamless!!! Great staff and so polite. We loved everything, our cabin was fantastic. We really don't understand why some people complain as we had heaps os room for storage. Our cabin attendant, Jerald, was absolutely fantastic. He was always making sure we were ok and asking if we needed anything.

The bar staff, especially in our favourite, Passport Bar, were fabulous!!!! At dinner,MDR, Sergio was fantastic, entertaining us and once again making sure every course that came out was to our liking. Maria, our Sommelier, was great helping with the choice of wines and introducing us to some new wines.

Every part of the ship was so clean. The only down side was some of the rude obnoxious passengers. They complained about things and were rude to the staff. We were so embarrassed sometimes, especially as the only difference between us and the staff is we are on holiday. We found by engaging the staff in conversation and treating them with respect we received fantastic service. Read more
