Quick breakdown: Embarkation from being dropped off to the ship in 20 minutes! Seem Less. The desk Agent Maria Lopez for RCCL was awesome. She had a big smile when she informed us that we had been upgraded. The assistant upstairs, an older balding gentlemen who guided us to where Diamond members wait to be boarded was rather rude but we were not going to let that ruin our day.

Once on board we were treated to a wonderful vacation.

The Ship is stunning, we had been on it and Allure before but this was an even better experience. The ship was sold out but never appeared to be.
