We took a 14 day cruise on Coral Princess. Vancouver-Whittier-Vancouver. Overall a great ship and beautiful cruise. We were lucky and had great weather. The ship is spacious, very nicely decorated and well laid out. We never felt crowded. We always found nice places to sit and enjoy the scenery both inside and out of the ship. The food was really good. Our waiter openly offered to get us more lobster and alaskan crab legs. Both of which were succulent and not that dried out frozen stuff you get in Vegas. The 24 hour buffet is a great idea instead of the midnight buffet. We opted for anytime dining but usually reserved in advance to get the waiter we liked. Some of the dining room staff are Romanian and Bulgarian. They are not the best at service industry jobs. We even encountered one really nasty woman (table 97 in the Bordeaux room). Generoso the maitre d' is fabulous and accommodated every request. The entertainment was so so. The lounge performers were drab and lifeless. The cruise director and staff were lively and good if you like that British Music Hall "Benny Hill" style of entertainment. The ship communicates very well with passengers and is very organized. Tenders were very well run. The pool was warm and always available. The same for the hot tubs but we did see inconsiderate parents with their baby in diapers using them even though the signs say not to.  We liked being able to buy bottles of hard liquor from the Patisserie Bar at very inexpensive prices ($22.00 for 40 oz.). We brought on board wine and champagne which Princess allows. In port we bought beer and soft drink for our mini fridge. The coffee is tasteless so we bought a jar of Folger's crystals to add. The pillows and beds were very uncomfortable. We recommend bringing your own pillows. We are Canadian so they converted our ship board charges to Canadian Dollars at a very exorbitant rate when billing our Visa. We recommend you pay with US travellers cheques if you are from another country. The shore shopping lady was way over the top pumping the stores they recommend. That was tiring. The art auction was a dud. We saw nothing being bought. It was all ugly at any price. A lot of hype!!. Overall a very good ship and highly recommend it.
