This was a nice cruise even with hurricane sandy. This is our 5th cruise with carnival out of Baltimore. We live about 2hrs away so it was a short drive for my wife and I, we parked our car at the pier ($15 per day) It was about an hour until we were on the boat, we had a balcony on the 5th floor, the room had plenty of closet space. We had early dining 6:00 and had dinner every evening in the MDR, the food was great and the wait staff awesome, Ami and her crew were great, after interduction the first night they called us by name the rest of the week (first time for that)

After 2 days at sea we were in grand turk on wednesday, we went to the beach to snorkel, the beach is just off the ship, the water was warm and clear, saw some fish. Wensday night went to see Max Winfrey (physical comedy) a Must see show. Thursday the weather got a rough and had to cancel half moon key and freeport. Port caniveral was then scheduled for friday but that was too rough so we had to run for home. we got to port saturday night and were on our way home.

Carnival tried to give us a good cruise, Sandy tried not to let that happen. WE STILL HAD A GOOD CRUISE. They did give us 50% off a return cruise. our 6th cruise on the Pride is booked.
