My sister in law invited me on this cruise and it was the first cruise ever for the both of us. Getting to the boat was very easy at Port of Palm beach, and we just pulled up, took our bags out,got a ticket from valet parking and proceeded to the check in. It cost 15.00 per day to park, and when we returned we didn't have to wait long for our car. The process was very orderly and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

We got on the ship with no fuss and found our cabin easily. Our cabin was clean and comfortable, we had 2 beds which were clean and cozy, the bathroom was clean, everything worked and we were very satisfied. We soon learned the layout of the ship and were able to get to one end to the other and everywhere in between with no problems. The staff were very friendly, cheerful and helpful. It was easy to sign up for our dolphin experience excursion and they provided us with a nice big clean towel for the trip. We got on an air conditioned coach bus that brought us into market town, and our trip leader brought us right into the bldg up to the counter and showed us where to catch the bus back to the ship. Our boat ride over to the dolphin area was beautiful and the boat captain was very friendly and informative, as were the people at the dolphin experience. On the way back we stopped the boat to look at a school of nurse sharks and some rays, saw wild dolphins in the ocean, which was a beautiful emerald green and turquoise. When we got back our pictures were waiting for us and we enjoyed a nice lunch right there at the marina and went into a few shops ( the best ice cream ever ) and then waited for the bus back. The only things I think could need improving was the dinners. I think it would have been better to have a buffet dinner, or at the least have one dining room buffet and one sit down and let you make the choice. The breakfast buffet was very good with a lot of choices and tons of fresh fruit. They take your picture at dinner, when you are getting on the boat and if I can remember correctly, going ashore. I always seemed to have mine taken when I was looking a little dishevelled. Also, the casino could use some more exciting slot machines.

All in all, I would definitely do it again and recommend it to anyone else. The ship size wasn't overwhelming and the passengers were nice regular people enjoying themselves. I look forward to going again. I am glad I had such a wonderful experience for my first cruise.

Cabin Review

Cabin 5

easy to find, even though the cabin was small it was very clean and cozy, the bed was fine and the bathroom was very clean and everything worked. Not too noisy, comfortable.
