First and foremost, if you booked this cruise through an agency that promotes it as a "free trip, just pay the port fees" be prepared for upsell after upsell, after upsell. No matter what they tell when you book, there will never be a time available that you can book the included coach room....upgrading to an outside stateroom with window was an extra $200. Add on fees for valet parking, fuel surcharge, softdrink card, automatic tip, land excursion, etc and our 2 night 3 day "free" trip cost $650 for 2 people. ALSO...AND THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT, do not fall for the call you'll get from the welcome centre telling you that you can pick up your boarding passes after attending a "free breakfast" and 1 1/2 hour resort presentation tour unless you are willing to sit through 7 hours of hard sell for the timeshare they are trying to sucker you into buying. They will hold your boarding passes hostage until the last minute for boarding late in the afternoon.

Regarding the ship....the food was passable for lunch and breakfast and really good for dinner. We ate at the Cove on the second night and had excellent service and food. The regular restaurant food was great too so the Cove upgrade was not necessary.

Our cabin was small, clean and the beds were horrible. The mattress was old and thin and totally uncomfortable. Our wait staff were attentive and pleasant.
