As a first time cruiser so many people told me what FUN carnival cruise lines are ..so being a believer in my fellow man i took it at face value so excited hyped up to get CLOBBERD by the UNFUN legend, sure there were a few moments that held true , but they where few and far between, we boarded in Tampa 9/23/12 went straight to the Serenity Deck as there were no seats anywhere else, grabbed some food and waited for our room to become available, at 1:30 pm we went to our cabin it was very nice clean and we unpacked i was traveling with my Ex sis in law and my current sis in law and a cousin,it was a girls get away and we were gonna live it up!!! well that was the plan we had CARNIVAL had another plan!! after we settled in we explored the ship located a few places had dinner looked at Medusa's Lair , met some people from Kentucky ,(3 of us are from there) and turned in to get some rest for the upcoming 6 days left that we were gonna be parting hard, , then the elephants started dancing the floor above us, at least that's what it sounded like. reported it to guest services nothing they couldn't understand what we are hearing, so after a few nights of a few of us not sleeping i went up and found our room was directly below the main walkway near the "GREASE" slot machines well there ya go all night it was thud thud click click and the rolling of carts that sounded like thunder in our cabin, finally day four in our trip guest services sent a lady down, yes she heard the LIGHTER version of the nightlife we tried to sleep through and it was nice of carnival to offer to DOWN GRADE our cabin to a INTERIOR cabin , if we had wanted the cheap seats we would have paid that price , i believe it was very unfair to even offer that , but hey what can you do right so in the meantime we tried feverishly to get in the hot tub guess what it stopped getting hot day 3 , day two they closed it (on the serenity deck) at 9 pm and day four it still wasn't working right, oh and lets not forget that the serenity deck pool was out of service two days as well, i was very very disappointed in carnival my sis in law who is a professional cruiser was so embarrassed she had complimented carnival on they high standard of fun they are so known for ...man did they bomb on the legend!

also the GRILL closed at 6 pm as well as Chopsticks why this was crazy!!!
