Sail Date: May 2005

I was a first time cruiser and let me start by saying I had a great time! There were a few minor glitches but nothing terrible.

We embarked on a one way sail from San Juan to Baltimore. Embarking was easy and took about 20 minutes. The Ship is absolutely beautiful. Like a floating luxury hotel. We went up to check out our cabin which had a small balcony. We were both happy we paid the extra money for the balcony. It was relaxing to sit there in the morning while the ship docked and have your coffee and room service breakfast.

Dining: The Prime Rib on the first night was tough and had no taste. After my wife and I had heard so much about how great the food would be we were both surprised by this. It got much better! We ate dinner in the dining room every night. The food after the first night was fantastic. As good as any restaurant we have ever eaten in. Our wait staff was incredible. Now we understand why cruising is addictive. You are pampered like a king. Thank You to our Waiter Saji for all the wonderful service!
