My wife and I took our first time cruise few days ago. Everything began just fine, from the moment that we checked in and all the information given for our cruise. We were celebrating our anniversary and my wife's BD. In the afternoon the housekeeping personnel came to our room to introduce themselves and their services, Mr. Antonios and his team did an excellent job. Our room was impeccable at all times and with beautiful creatures made with towels.

In regards of Food and Beverage services, for breakfast and dinner we had it at the Fantasy restaurant, food is wonderful, beautiful dish decoration, desserts were outstanding, the service was excellent 10 out of 10. My wife had some steak, the plate was room temp. So we let our server Oscar know about the meal being cold, and within minutes she received another steak but this time it was hot. The rest of the nights, we were served by Mr. Luis Henry Cueva, Tusantha and Prassert, this team was always on top of everthing every morning and every night. They created every night memorable and for our anniversary they sang to us. Lunch at the buffet was good and healthy, we loved the wok station.

Entertainment, wasn't that great except for a band that played almost everynight near the casino. We are not smokers, so we didn't like the fact that any guest can smoke at the night club, comedy shows or any bars. If you are not a smoker you definitely will smoke some else's smoke and that is not healthy. Music was not good it was mostly hip hop. We want it to listen and dance something different but we couldnt because of the music. There was one night that our neighbor cabin was having a party late at night, we called the security twice and they throw out 6 more guests that were screaming, yelling, and making noises. Overall, it was a nice experience.
