First time travelling with Carnival. The "Breeze" being a new ship was in pristine condition and the outside cabin we had on deck one was fine.

The food was OK but only in relation to choice. Quality was not a factor to be considered. As with other reviewers we never saw a wine waiter in the dining room and had to keep asking for a drink with our meal. Mostly this arrived after we had finished eating.

The Maitre De was a complete waste of space. The only time we saw him going around the dining tables was on the last evening when all the staff were looking for additional tips, apart from us being charged and debited with $138 each for service without even having the courtesy of being asked.
