Its was the worst! A total waste of money!

Dirty room: toilet had been used unflushed and uncleaned, glasses in the bathroom still had toothpaste marks on the from past guest, hair and sand in the bottom of the shower, shower did not drain AT ALL, trash in the trash can, trash and sand on the floor, It really just looked like someone came in and made the bed.

To make it even better our AC was out. We told to front desk and they said that someone would be up to look at it. 2 hours later we had to call again because they person never showed up to look at the AC or to bring the fan we were promised. When the man did come in he was there for 2 min and told us everything was working and was to the Carnival Standards....our room was 90 degrees...when we took a shower or room flooded...REALLY CARNIVAL STANDARDS!! WELL CARNIVAL STANDARDS STINK!!! The only think that saved us was the balcony door....we had to sleep with it open to get air warm muggy salty air I guess it was better than nothing. Read more
