If you are thinking about doing this cruise, don't hesitate. It is great! We had such a fun time on the ship and in the ports. The cities that you see are all different and beautiful. Being able to see these cities in nine days was really a treat! We were glad that we chose NCL since they have the freestyle cruising. We liked the casual atmosphere. Freestyle dining on the Sun made eating so easy. We could go to the dining room whenever we wanted and sit wherever we wanted. What a great concept! We usually chose the Seven Seas dining room which had a good menu and nice views.

We were in cabin 9271 and we liked the location since it is aft and close to the stairs and elevator. It was easy to get to the buffet, dining room and theater. There was some movement of the ship at night, but it was never a problem and noise wasn't either. We really liked our balcony but it was cold sometimes sitting out. Bring a sweatshirt. We had a great steward who kept our room clean and was always friendly to talk with. In fact, all of the workers on the Sun were especially friendly and helpful. They really made us feel welcomed.
