This is our fourth cruise, third with Celebrity. We were once again very pleased with the cruise line, their staff and our accommodations. We sailed in Concierge and had an aft cabin, which I must say we really enjoyed. Our cabin attendants were amazing.
The service was exceptional, except for the Main Dining Room. We chose to do Select Dining. I have to say we felt like sardines in the dining room and never had the same wait staff twice. It was a very chaotic atmosphere. We weren't ever able to select the dining time we wanted, but we were accommodated if we were within 15 min of the prescribed time. The tables are on top of each other and if you weren't of a social mind, you may feel very uncomfortable with strangers seated very close to you -that was not an issue for us. We actually perferred the buffet because it was much quieter and less chaotic. The quality of the food in the dining room was fair compared to the Specialty Restaurants - we visited the Tuscan Grille twice (my personal favourite), the Murano (our groups' favourite), the Lawn Club Grill - which was the most fun and QSine - the least favourite of the specialty restaurants. Breakfast was another story, dining room was excellent, the buffet was crowded and full of extremely rude passengers - I was pushed countless times, and gave in to people that just walked up to their food choice and interrupted the line. I was shocked at the behaviour of some of the guests. I felt sorry for the staff and they were trying to please all.
We enjoyed the shows we attended, loved the Martini Bar and Molecular Bar (our favourite - but be prepared to pay $12 per cocktail)
2154 - Aft cabin, just below the Dining Room Outdoor Space, so there was some noise of scraping chairs, but not enough to be annoying. There is a flag just above the balcony whose hardware rattles in the wind. The cabin was similar to the other cabins, the hallway very quiet and the balcony was excellent, some of the lower decks did not have the roof cover that we did. I would definitely recommend this cabin.
