Flew in from Dallas in the morning and had set up town car service to the dock.....they turned up with a 12 seat van....not very happy. Got to the boat at 11:30 and was surprised it only took less than 20 mins to get through the line and board. We booked Aqua class so we could eat at Blu, smart move as this made all the difference. The maitre d (Czajka Wlodzimerz) was fantastic, remembered who we were by name & cabin #. I had a small problem with the "wine guy" which he quickly sorted out. Food was really top notch and service was great as they remembered that my partner was lactose intolerant so they would always bring the soy milk and would go hunting for the goat cheese without us asking......we were impressed. We ate at the SS restaurant which was good but the decor lacks a little, also ate at Quisine which was a lot of fun and a lot of food.....allow 3 to 4 hrs to dine.

Our cabin was located at the aft of the boat overlooking the bar area, thought it would bother us but it was very quite and it was easy for us to run down the stairs and grab some drinks. Talking of drinks we purchased the premium package which we got our moneys worth, Bloody Mary's for breakfast to Irish Coffee's before turning in at night. Got the cabin drink package which really is a rip off.

Booked all excursions package's from independents and all went well. Booked Classic Car tour of Victoria which was spectacular in a '65 Pontiac convertible, easy to get on/off the boat except Juneau where the tender process is a joke.
