First of all the downside. On arrival at Venice Piazzale Roma no directions to the cruise ship and nobody there to advise how to get to the cruise ship. Got to the people mover and again very little directions. Had to lug the suitcases in 36 degree heat to eventually find signs for the cruise ship. The check in procedure went well as we were latitude members, but that's when it all finished. given a ticket to wait embarkation but no seats.
Once on-board what happened to the welcome drink that you used to get, is this another cutback? Went to cabin and then went for a coffee upstairs, MOBBED. You could not move for people gorging on the food available and no seats to sit down. Moved to the pool area and could not get any sunbeds anywhere, this was the same all cruise. People would mark!! the sunbeds with a towel and then go off for a walk or something to eat, did not appear that any crew member bothered about this and on sea days it was just the same.
Now the good points
Cabin was fine, enough room to take everything, Toilet a bit on the small side, shower great and balcony was a nice place to relax.
