We started our trip in Prague where we met our cruise director, Joe. He gave us great tips for our time in Prague. What a great city Prague is! In our 3 days there we used the underground, the bus and the tram service. Really easy to get around and the local folks were more than happy to assist us with directions. Our hotel accommodations in Prague were first rate. We especially enjoyed the tour of the Lobkowicz Collections at the Lobkowicz Palace. A special treat was actually meeting William Lobkowicz and listening to him explain the family history.

Once we were on board the Viking Odin, Joe met with us every day to tell us about the next day's schedule of events. The local guides at each port were exceptional. We especially liked the new listening devices that enabled all of us to clearly hear what our guide was describing. The Odin crew, the staterooms, meals - everything really exceeded our expectations. Even though there was a slight malfunction with the hydraulics for the wheel house, every effort was made to ensure that our cruise continue on schedule.

Vienna was memorable and the concert by the Vienna Residence Orchestra that we attended was incredible. Another of my personal favorites was visiting the Melk Abbey. The organ concert in Passau was also great.
