My husband loved everything about our trip with Viking! Their staff took care of everything: the flights, the ship, and the lovely places we saw. We were picked up at the airport in Munich, Germany, by a very friendly staff and taken to our ship, the Legend. The captain greeted us, took our luggage, and welcomed us aboard. We were provided with a buffet and waited for our rooms to be prepared. This gave us time to meet our fellow travelers. After our rooms were ready, everyone was personally shown to their rooms! Our steward helped us prepare everything. She, Adrienne, was a dream.

I must say that the chef and his staff were delightful and the food was mouth-watering, everyday, from breakfast to our evening meal. The staff was always smiling and acted like they couldn't do enough for us. David, Violetta, and several others were always helpful.

We traveled to Passau, Linz, Melk, Salzberg, Durnstein, Vienna, Bratislava, and Budapest. Everywhere we went, guides were provided. We experienced many interesting places, with lots of history. Read more
