This was my family's 3rd trip on this ship, so we had certain ideas of what it would be like. First of all the ship is definitely showing her age. Second leaving from Malaga with 85 percent Spanish rude, pushy, not friendly and refuse to follow rules fellow passengers made this trip rather taxing at times. Sea days you could not go to the pool because it was full of rude people. They seemed even on port days to have taken over the pools. We never even sat at the pool which was a first we had even done that in Alaska.

Our wait staff was phenomenal,Desmond and Sergio could not do enough for us. The bar waitress was also a doll. Food was sometimes great, sometimes ok but on a whole pretty good.

We had the worst cabin steward ever. I would tell you his name but I still do not know it. It got so bad that we actually spoke with the director of housekeeping and got a very nice credit on our ship board account.
