Cabin: Deluxe Stateroom with Large Window

Having spent a week in Paris many years ago as a recently married graduate student and now cruising on the Viking Pride was a reflection on how many years had passed. The first trip was one of constant walking and this trip was one of touring on foot, riding on a bus, or cruising the Seine on a boat. It was a relaxing way to go and also meet many interesting people from different area in the U.S.A.

The room was fine. It was always well cleaned. The only area which needs improvement is the bathroom. It was small in scale. The shower area was fine for me but not my much taller and larger spouse. One or two times when taking a shower, the water slowed going down the drain and I worried that it would flow into the cabin.

The mattress and pillows were excellent as were the bed coverings and linens.
