This was our best cruise experience ever. What we look for in a cruise experience has changed over the years. Where once we thought a balcony was superfluous, we now enjoy the solitude of a personal space escape. Voyager was by far our most enjoyable cruise to date. Our Penthouse C cabin was spacious, had plenty of storage, room to move around, the separate shower (full size, not Euro size) and tub was great, and the size of the balcony was the best ever. Knowing a glass of wine on the balcony would be waiting for us at the end of each excursion day was delightful and relaxing.

We did the math before choosing Regent Seven Seas and the all included price was comparable to what we would pay on another line for the same level of amenities. While taking a chance that it would be worth the greater price up-front, we were not disappointed. The excursions were managed very well, very efficient, the destination staff members were friendly, informative and efficient. The only improvement I would like to see would be port maps included in "Passages", and a port weather report posted 24 hours in advance rather than 12 hours.

The dining was enjoyable in every venue. Food presentation was very nice and portion size was appropriate. The dining staff provided the best service ever. All staff members spoke English very clearly which was appreciated. The ladies in La Veranda were lovely, upbeat, funny, and a joy. The men were equally as attentive, humorous, and created an enjoyable environment. The Compass Rose staff were very attentive and had a few special folks that made dining something for which to look forward. "Newman" from Bali was a delight and addressed us by name all over the ship. We looked for him in every venue knowing he would make our dining a fun and delightful event whether it be informal at the pool grill or reserved and elegant. He led the servers in a rendition of "let me call you sweetheart" for our anniversary celebration.

Cabin Review

Penthouse Suite

Cabin B

The most spacious balcony. We enjoyed the vibration as it hleped to put us to sleep at night. We enjoyed the churning water as it drowned out any other ship noises.
