We have been on 7 Carnival Cruises and were looking for an "upgrade". Our cruising with Carnival always seemed to happen based on a deal or other friends taking the same cruise......I think only twice did we actually select Carnival as a conscience choice.
Anyway, we paid significantly more for this cruise than most of our Carnival Cruises and assumed that the services would be far better.....we were soooo wrong.
